The Troy Lee Designs D4 Carbon MIPS full-face helmet in the Crest Gold colorway will give you peace of mind when the track speeds up and your hands are simply guiding the bike. It looks bold, but the real reason you want it is confidence in demanding terrain.
MIPS helps reduce rotational forces during an angled impact, so head protection works even when the hit isn’t perfectly straight-on. You’ll notice it most in situations that come without warning.
The carbon construction maintains a high level of protection while still feeling light and not cumbersome on long descents or on the lift. The helmet stays stable even during quick changes of direction.
Anatomically shaped cheek pads adapt to your face and help keep the helmet in place on rough, choppy trails. It also includes an emergency release that makes handling easier in critical situations.
EPP chin guard increases protection for the lower face—an area where, with a full-face, both comfort and the consequences of a crash can be decided. You’ll appreciate it in the bikepark, on enduro rides, and during BMX sessions.
Head protection technology: MIPS.
Padding: anatomically shaped cheek pads with emergency release.
Chin protection: EPP chin guard.
Intended use: mountainbiking, men’s and uni design, yellow color.
Troy Lee Designs D4 Carbon MIPS delivers full-face protection for riders who push the limits of speed and technical riding. It combines well-thought-out safety features with comfort you’ll appreciate all day long. From trail to bikepark, it feels secure while still sitting naturally on your head.
