The Trance 29 is built on an aluminum frame made from our high-quality ALUXX SL alloy, ensuring that the frame is very lightweight yet also sufficiently rigid and strong. The upper rocker of the suspension is made from a single piece of carbon composite for increased stiffness, strength, and reduced weight, using Advanced Forged Composite technology.
The Maestro suspension is fully active and highly responsive, making riding on rough terrain more pleasant and fun. This system operates on the principle of a virtual (floating) pivot point of the rear triangle, eliminating unwanted bobbing while pedaling—allowing you to conserve energy and ride more smoothly, quickly, and effortlessly.
Thanks to the flip chip inserts located in the upper suspension rocker, you can easily adjust the bike's geometry to suit your riding style or the terrain you most frequently encounter. While the "Low" position is ideal for fast, "aggressive" terrain (head angle 65.5°, seat angle 76.3°), the "High" position creates a more XC-oriented riding position (angles 66.2°/77°). This change also affects the bottom bracket height.
