The Giant XTC SLR 29 2 is a model suitable for easy daily use with its lightweight aluminum frame.
With its comfortable progressive geometry, this bike offers excellent handling and high traction when riding uphill, while the 29" wheels contribute to better terrain clearance.
ALLUXX SLR Frame
We use premium 6011 series aluminum alloy to manufacture ultralight ALUXX SLR frames. Through an advanced butting process, ALUXX SLR tubes are 20% thinner (and thus lighter) than ALUXX SL tubes. By combining top-quality material with state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, we are able to produce frames that are exceptionally light, yet highly rigid and strong.
The front suspension is provided by the basic air fork Giant Crest 34 RRL, with a 100 mm travel.
The gear changes are handled by the Shimano Deore 1x12s set.
Disc brakes ensure adequate stopping power. The rims feature Giant XCT 29 tires equipped with Maxxis Rekon Race EXO TR, 29x2.4". Handling is aided by wide aluminum handlebars, and comfort is assured with a Giant Sport saddle.
