Roctane Recovery Drink Mix answered racers’ demand for a higher protein content in the drink and now delivers 2x more high-quality protein than the original Recovery Drink, earning its place in the Roctane family. Each serving of the recovery drink contains 20 g of high-quality whey protein, which supports the repair and recovery of muscle fibers.

In addition to whey protein isolate, the drink also contains a hydrolyzed form of this protein, which is characterized by a higher leucine content. Leucine is a very important amino acid for muscle growth. Thanks to this comprehensive formula, muscle recovery happens much faster and more effectively. Each serving also contains fast-acting carbohydrates to replenish muscle glycogen stores and, together with sodium lost through sweating, rehydrates the body. By replenishing muscle glycogen, the body avoids burning energy from muscle protein.
