The recovery drink contains 20 g of high-quality whey protein per serving, which ensures the repair and restoration of muscle fibers.

In addition to whey protein isolate, the drink also contains a hydrolyzed form of this protein, characterized by a higher leucine content. Leucine is a very important amino acid for muscle growth. Thanks to this comprehensive composition, muscle recovery occurs much faster and more efficiently. Each serving also contains fast-acting carbohydrates to replenish muscle glycogen stores and, along with sodium lost through sweating, rehydrates the body.
