MET RIVALE is a low-profile cycling helmet known for its aerodynamics. Tested in a wind tunnel and verified by Team MTN Qhubeka. The rear vents provide excellent cooling effect.
The In-Mould Fusion construction is created by combining polycarbonate with grey or black polystyrene through high-temperature injection molding. This offers an excellent balance between volume, weight, and absorption capability.
Secure helmet fit is ensured by the Safe-T Upsilon system through a control disc at the rear of the helmet. It offers vertical adjustment. The wider contact area and its improved ventilation allow for better pressure distribution on the head.
Air Lite straps made from woven polyester fibers effectively wick sweat. They are complemented by unique Coolmax padding that aids in evaporation, keeps the head dry, and ensures your comfort.
Additionally, this model features a MIPS slip liner designed to reduce rotational energy in the event of a fall.
In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets.
