The Penco Whey Protein protein drink contains 100% CFM Whey Protein, retaining a high proportion of biologically active fractions.

One serving provides 37 g of protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The high vitamin B6 content supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism. For better digestibility, PENCO®Whey Protein is enriched with a blend of plant-based digestive enzymes, Opti-7-DIGEST.

Contains no aspartame or sucralose.

Preparation and use: Depending on training intensity, blend 25–50 g of protein in 100–200 ml of cold water. For children from 12 years of age, use half servings. This protein is suitable to take 60–90 minutes after exercise or at night. Do not exceed the maximum recommended intake—100 g/day.
