SiS REGO Rapid Recovery is a recovery supplement designed for rapid recovery with a high content of carbohydrates and proteins, electrolytes, and vitamins.

SiS REGO Rapid Recovery was developed in collaboration with cyclist Chris Boardman.

Recovery formula designed for rapid recovery with a high content of carbohydrates and proteins, which helps quickly replenish energy stores. The protein contained supports the building of muscle tissue, and soy proteins are ideal even for individuals with lactose intolerance.

Usage: 1–2 servings immediately after training, for faster carbohydrate replenishment, we recommend supplementing with a SiS GO energy bar. The daily dose (50 g) 3 scoops up to 3 times a day, well mixed with 500 ml of drinking water. Consume the prepared product within 30 minutes after training. Do not consume the product with milk, as it reduces absorption. The recommended daily dosage should not be exceeded.
