Focus Atlas 6.9 gravel bike Mauve/Dreamviolet is a gravel bike with an aluminum frame, built for fast riding on gravel as well as asphalt connecting sections. It sits in the mid-performance category and targets riders who want modern components without a carbon frame. The concept is based on thru-axles, disc brakes, and a double chainring for a wide gear range.
The frame is made from 6061 aluminum alloy and uses a 142 × 12 mm thru-axle and Flat Mount mounting. The front fork is carbon, with a 100 × 12 mm thru-axle and preparation for a 160 mm rotor. The geometry is stable for longer off-road rides, with a 425 mm chainstay length across sizes. Sizes XS to XL are complemented by specific stack and reach values, for example XS 556/365 mm and XL 638/410 mm.
Drivetrain: Shifting is handled by Shimano GRX in a 2 × 12 configuration, with GRX 610 and GRX 820 components. The Shimano CS-HG710 cassette has an 11–36 range, and the bottom bracket is Shimano BSA 24 mm.
Brakes: Shimano GRX 610 hydraulic disc brakes work with Shimano RT54 rotors. Up front it’s 180 mm on sizes L–XL, otherwise 160 mm; in the rear it’s 160 mm.
Wheels and tires: The wheels are built on Rodi Blackjack rims and Alexrims BRD-503 and BRD-504 hubs. Schwalbe G-One Bite 45-622 tires are tubeless ready.
Cockpit: Focus Gravel Bar handlebars are aluminum, complemented by the integrated FOCUS C.I.S. 2.0 stem with mounts for Garmin and Wahoo. The seatpost is a 27.2 mm carbon post with 15 mm setback, and the saddle is Focus.
The 6061 aluminum frame delivers direct power transfer when riding out of the saddle and when accelerating on the flats. The carbon fork helps reduce vibration transmitted to your hands during long gravel rides. The combination of 45-622 tires and more stable geometry boosts confidence on descents and in tight corners on loose surfaces. The 46/30 gearing and 11–36 cassette maintain sensible spacing for asphalt as well as longer off-road climbs.
