Aluminum frame with modern geometry
The lightweight ALUXX aluminum frame paired with a full carbon fork delivers the perfect balance of stiffness for maximum pedaling efficiency and compliance for high comfort. The geometry combines an endurance riding position with a shorter rear end for precise handling, agility, and perfect control over the bike. A longer reach, shorter stem, and lower bottom bracket enhance stability in rougher terrain.
High comfort
The frame features lower seat stays with a smaller diameter for even better absorption of shocks and vibrations. The specially designed D-Fuse seatpost and Contact XR D-Fuse handlebars also contribute to increased comfort—both work together as a system and slightly flex under load without reducing stiffness when cornering, climbing, or riding out of saddle.
Bike adaptability according to terrain
Rear dropouts allow for wheelbase adjustment using a flip chip system. A shorter wheelbase provides greater bike "agility," while setting a longer wheelbase enhances stability at higher speeds and simultaneously increases the rear tire clearance (up to 53 mm). The frame also allows for a choice of seatpost type—you can use either the "flexible" Giant D-Fuse seatpost or a standard round 30.9 mm seatpost, including a telescopic one.
