The Gravel Bike Giant Revolt 0 is a versatile and comfortable companion for your adventures.
The lightweight ALUXX frame combined with a full carbon fork provides the perfect mix of stiffness for efficient pedaling and suppleness for high comfort. The frame's geometry combines an endurance rider position with a short rear stay for excellent maneuverability and stability, ensuring precise control over the bike. A longer reach, shorter stem, and lower bottom bracket provide better stability when riding on more challenging terrain.
Maximum comfort: The smaller diameter seat stays and the specially shaped D-Fuse seatpost along with Contact XR D-Fuse handlebars significantly enhance shock and vibration absorption. This system ensures a comfortable ride without sacrificing stiffness when cornering, climbing, or standing.
Terrain adaptation: The rear dropouts equipped with a flip chip system allow the wheelbase to be adjusted. A shorter wheelbase increases bike agility, while a longer wheelbase provides greater stability at higher speeds and more room for wider tires (up to 53 mm). The bike is also compatible with the Giant D-Fuse "cushioning" seatpost or a standard 30.9 mm round seatpost, including a telescopic version.
The D-Fuse seatpost was designed to absorb road shocks and vibrations so you can ride farther, faster. It works by slightly springing the seat post under load, thanks to its specific "D" shape.
The flip chip system is a two-position eccentric insert in the rear frame feet that allows you to easily change the wheelbase. A shorter wheelbase gives you a more agile nike, while setting it to a longer wheelbase improves stability at higher speeds while increasing the space for the rear tire (up to 53 mm wide).
The oversized fork steerer aims to increase the stiffness of the front of the frameset and steering for precise control. Oversized headset bearings (bottom 1 1/4" and top 1 1/8" on road bikes and bottom 1 1/2" and top 1 1/8" on MTB bikes) and tapered fork steerer are included for optimal steering stiffness .
