To successfully race in cyclocross, it's essential to have a bike that can handle rapid starts, sharp turns, artificial obstacles, and traversing sand, mud, or rutted snow. The latest generation of the TCX Advanced Pro frame, introduced in the 2021 collection, is even 17.5% lighter than the previous one, while maintaining high stiffness.
Hydraulic disc brakes offer strong braking performance and precise modulation, significantly improving the bike's handling. The brakes are mounted using modern flat mount brackets, and the 12 mm thru-axle provides the necessary stiffness. The tapered steerer tube with OverDrive 2 technology increases steering stiffness, thereby enhancing the bike's handling.
Thanks to the specific shape of the D-Fuse SL carbon seatpost, your ride is much more comfortable, as it can better absorb vibrations than a classic round seatpost. However, if you prefer a more standard 30.9 mm round seatpost, don't worry, the frame is compatible with it. This means that you can also install a dropper seatpost, providing you with much greater comfort, particularly on descents.
High-performance raw carbon material with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio is used to produce the custom Advanced Composite material.
