Light and elegant
The durable yet lightweight ALUXX aluminum frame with an Advanced carbon fork offers a comfortable ride and a forgiving nature, perfect for when you venture onto wilder trails. The redesigned geometry keeps you in a more performance-oriented position and provides greater handling control, whether you're purposefully accelerating or simply rolling down to the pond.
Excellent comfort and control
The Contact XR D-Fuse handlebars feature a five-degree bend backward and flared gravel bar ends for a comfortable and ergonomic grip. The Contact SLR D-Fuse seatpost can be swapped for a 30.9 or 27.2 mm round one. Specific D-Fuse components absorb shocks and dampen vibrations, reducing rider fatigue and providing more fun on epic rides.
Unmatched versatility
Adjust the frame geometry according to your route plan using flip chip dropout settings, which allow you to modify the wheelbase and rear tire clearance. A shorter wheelbase offers more responsive handling and greater "agility" of the bike. A longer wheelbase improves stability at higher speeds and traction, and also increases rear tire clearance (up to a width of 53 mm).
This Performance level frame material features 6061 alloy with single-butted tubes to produce strong, lightweight framesets for a variety of different bikes and riding styles.
The D-Fuse seatpost was designed to absorb road shocks and vibrations so you can ride farther, faster. It works by slightly springing the seat post under load, thanks to its specific "D" shape.
The oversized fork steerer aims to increase the stiffness of the front of the frameset and steering for precise control. Oversized headset bearings (bottom 1 1/4" and top 1 1/8" on road bikes and bottom 1 1/2" and top 1 1/8" on MTB bikes) and tapered fork steerer are included for optimal steering stiffness .
