Advanced Composite carbon frame makes the most of your pedaling power for maximum efficiency, enabling fast yet comfortable rides on various surfaces. Internal cable routing offers a clean design and practicality.
An easily accessible storage space, cleverly integrated within the downtube, allows you to safely transport tools, nutrition, and other essentials.
The women's specific gravel geometry of the Devote Advanced features significant sloping—lowering the top tube—and a shorter rear end. This results in precise handling, agility, and perfect control over the bike in all situations, from out-of-saddle climbing on steep ascents to swift descents on rougher roads.
For added comfort, there are low-positioned seat stays and the carbon D-Fuse seatpost, which effectively dampens vibrations better than a traditional round seatpost, making your ride much more comfortable. The frame is also compatible with a standard 30.9 mm round seatpost, allowing for the installation of a dropper post, especially beneficial for descents. Greater comfort up front and reduced hand fatigue are provided by Giant Contact XR D-Fuse handlebars, which flex slightly under load.
The longer wheelbase improves stability at higher speeds and traction while also increasing rear tire clearance (up to 53 mm wide).
The D-Fuse seatpost was designed to absorb road shocks and vibrations so you can ride farther, faster. It works by slightly springing the seat post under load, thanks to its specific "D" shape.
High-performance raw carbon material with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio is used to produce the custom Advanced Composite material. The front triangle of the frame is assembled and molded as one continuous piece (monocoque) using a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction.
The oversized fork steerer aims to increase the stiffness of the front of the frameset and steering for precise control. Oversized headset bearings (bottom 1 1/4" and top 1 1/8" on road bikes and bottom 1 1/2" and top 1 1/8" on MTB bikes) and tapered fork steerer are included for optimal steering stiffness .
