Superior XR 9.9 GR is a premium gravel model focused on top performance, high speed, and maximum control confidence on both roads and terrain.
The ultralight carbon XR Race High Modulus frame offers racing stiffness and efficiency, while maintaining a geometry suitable for dynamic riding and long endurance performances without losing stability. The wireless SRAM RED XPLR AXS set, DT Swiss GRC carbon wheels, and fully integrated carbon cockpit create a perfectly matched whole without compromises, intended for the most demanding gravel enthusiasts.
The new model XR 9.9 GR is built on a redesigned high-class High-Modulus carbon frame. High-Modulus carbon offers high strength and the lowest possible weight.
The new frame is stiffer compared to the previous X-Road generation. Stiffness is primarily increased by the use of high-quality carbon material.
Aerodynamic elements are integrated into the frame. This perfectly combines the needs of off-road riding with aerodynamic standards. The most significant aerodynamic "gains" come from the redesign of not only the front part but also the rear sections of the frame. The new design minimizes flow separation and air resistance, thus optimizing performance at higher speeds.
The XR 9.9 GR frame has increased tire clearance up to a width of 45 mm. The new frame matches current trends such as the use of UDH dropouts. The frame is complemented by a new cable routing system.
